होशियार सिंह का जन्म ग्राम रतनपुरा तहसील राजगढ़ जिला चुरू (राजस्थान) में हुआ। आपने स्नातक करने के दौरान ही वर्ष 2003 से प्रतियोगी परीक्षाओं की तैयारी आरम्भ की, राजस्थान पुलिस (जिला बीकानेर वर्ष 2008 ) में कानिस्टेबल के पद पर चयन के साथ ही 2008 में तृतीय श्रेणी अध्यापक के पद पर चयन हुआ। आपने 5 वर्ष तक जिला राजसमंद में तृतीय श्रेणी अध्यापक के रूप में अपनी सेवाएँ दी, तत्पश्चात् द्वितीय श्रेणी शिक्षक (हिन्दी) 2013 में चयन होने पर आपने राजकीय माध्यमिक विद्यालय, कतरियासर (बीकानेर) में अपनी सेवाएँ दी, तत्पश्चात् राजस्थान पुलिस उपनिरीक्षक 2014 में चयन हुआ, वर्तमान में आप राजस्थान पुलिस में उप निरीक्षक हैं, आपको राजस्थान की विभिन्न प्रतिष्ठित कोचिंग संस्थानों में अध्यापन व मार्गदर्शन का गहन अनुभव है।
Hoshiar Singh was born in village Ratanpura Tehsil Rajgarh District Churu (Rajasthan). During his graduation, he started preparing for competitive examinations from the year 2003, along with selection on the post of constable in Rajasthan Police (District Bikaner year 2008) as well as selection for the post of third class teacher in 2008.You served as a third class teacher in district Rajsamand for 5 years, after that, after getting selected in the second grade teacher (Hindi) in 2013, you served in the Government Secondary School, Katariasar (Bikaner), then selected in Rajasthan Police Sub-Inspector 2014. Hua, at present you are a sub-inspector in Rajasthan Police, you have in-depth experience of teaching and guiding in various reputed coaching institutes of Rajasthan.
